7 days of kindness challenge…
Good morning everyone! Please take a look at this document. Next week is National Mental Health Awareness week and this year’s theme is kindness. Now, I know that all the Owls are super kind and would be great at taking part in this challenge. You will see a calendar for the week with two acts of kindness each day – one way of being kind to someone else and one way of being kind to yourselves. I would love to hear from you about your acts of kindness.

It was great to get a photo of Jake’s fantastic story map for The Tiny Seed story. I hope you have all managed to look at or listen to the story as well.

Other ways to keep fit at home…
I don’t know about you but we have been in the garden lots recently with the beautiful sunshine. But another way that we have been keeping active in the Guntrip household is by joining in with the Kids Dance classes each day held by Oti Mabuse (Strictly Come Dancing dancer and the Dance Captain from The Greatest Dancer!) She streams live every day at 11.30am, but you can always catch up with previous dances on her youtube channel. We love them, they are great fun and perfect for keeping active. Let me know if you try any…our favourite so far was the Aladdin dance! I will put the link below to this dance, but there are lots of others too!
